Jewellery Repairs

Chez Shaz Jewellers has a jeweller in store to handle all jewellery repairs and any questions that you may have. So you can rest assured that any matter can be dealt directly with Stephen our jeweller.

Jewellery Cleaning

If you would like to clean your jewellery at home-

• Any commercial jewellery cleaner is recommended; use as directed. This can also be purchased from Chez Shaz Jewellers.

• Use 3 parts warm water to 1 part liquid ammonia. Let the jewellery soak for a minimum of 30 minutes to as long as overnight. Use a soft brush to loosen any film attached to the underneath of the cubic zirconia. This film is caused by hand lotions, hairspray, perfumes, etc. Rinse under cool tap water and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Any jewellery worn for an extended period of time without cleaning, may require professional cleaning. This can be done at Chez Shaz Jewellers for a small fee.

Customised Designs

Apart from our extensive range of jewellery it is also possible to have pieces replicated, especially designed or made to your individual desires. All these jewellery requests are designed on a computer in 3D. Therefore they can be viewed in store or via email. We welcome you to send us a picture or sketch of your design with the gold and stone type and size requirements. Please also supply contact details so we may offer you an obligation free quote or to discuss this design further with you. Please note that this will be come a customised order.
