• FREE  via Regular Registered Post

Available to any Australian address including PO Boxes. Delivery will take 1 - 5 working days; depending on your delivery postcode.  A signature will be required on receipt of this delivery. If you are not home then you will have to collect the shipment from the nominated Post Office stated on the call card left in your mail box.

• FREE via Express Post  

Available to any Australian address including PO Boxes. Delivery will take 1 - 5 working days; depending on your delivery post code. Check the Australia Post website to see if your postcode is in their Express Post network. Please note if you choose this option, you are accepting liability for non delivery for whatever reason. Non registered post can not be traced.

• Upgrade to Express Platinum Registered Post for $4.00

Available to any Australian address including PO Boxes. A signature will be required on receipt of this delivery. If you are not home then you will have to collect the shipment from the nominated Post Office stated on the call card left in your mail box. Delivery will take 1 - 5 working days; depending on your  delivery post code. Check the Australia Post website to see if your postcode is in their Express Platinum Post network.

• Upgrade to Courier Service for $4.00

All deliveries will be couried via Toll Priority. Unfortunately we are unable to courier to PO Boxes and the Northern Territory. It may be easier to send to a work address to ensure the presence of a signature on delivery.  All Sydney metropolitan orders will be delivered the following working day after dispatch. All other Australian destinations may take an additional day or two. PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES TO SIGN FOR THIS DELIVERY, AS ANY RE-DELIVERY COSTS WILL BE TO YOUR EXPENSE!

STORE PICK UP:
If you are lucky enough to be able to come into the store then feel free to put through your order via our website. We will ensure all the products are in our store waiting from you to come and collect them. We will send you an email to notify you when all items are in store. Full payment is required on order placement.  Of course this delivery option is FREE.

SHIPPING TO A NEW ZEALAND DESTINATION:

• Add $8 -  if your order total is over AUD$150
• Add $16 -  if your order total is under AUD$150

All New Zealand orders will be sent registered airmail via Australia Post. All New Zealand orders will be received 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. A signature will be required on receipt of this delivery.

All Other International Orders:
Chez Shaz Jewellers can only ship to certain countries. For information on all Other International deliveries contact us at jeweller@chezshaz.com.au prior to purchasing. We will advise you if we are able to ship to your country and all the relevant shipping costs; which you will have to add to your purchase total. All International deliveries can not be expedited and may incur additional charges. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of our International customers on receipt into their country. We do not have your countries rates available and recommend you contact your appropriate government authorities.
